NGS and Community College of Rhode Island Enter Transfer Agreement

Falmouth, Mass., October 14, 2016 – The National Graduate School of Quality Management (NGS) and the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) have entered into an Agreement that will allow qualified graduates with their Associate Degrees to transfer into the Bachelor of Science Degree Completion in Quality Systems Management* program at NGS.

John Alonso, Director of Enrollment at NGS, said “We are excited about this agreement and what it will mean for the graduates of CCRI. As an institution that specializes in serving non-traditional adult students, this agreement will provide more CCRI graduates that wish to enter the workforce and still earn a bachelor degree that option.”

The online Bachelor of Science Degree Completion Program in Quality Systems Management with Juran Global Lean Six Sigma Green Belt can be completed in just 12 months and is designed for individuals who seek an accelerated, academically challenging, team-supported management education program and believe that a management focus in quality and organizational performance is a competitive career advantage.  A distinguishing feature of the program is the team-based, work-related, business project that mirrors real-world situations and process-improvement development. A qualified applicant will have a combination of an Associate Degree from an accredited institution and sufficient professional work experience. NGS accepts 60 to 75 credits in transfer from an approved college. Additionally, up to 30 credits may be awarded for experiential learning from extended work experience and accomplishments.
