Work Experience:
I have over 30 years of experience in industry and education. My industry experience includes General Electric, Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer), and several consulting firms. I’ve held leadership positions in customer service and distribution, sales and operations planning, demand management, information systems, and quality assurance. For the past 15 years I have participated in numerous business consulting projects, as well as teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level.

Teaching Philosophy and why I enjoy teaching our NGS adult learners:
My objective is to lead students in learning that will enhance their knowledge and skills in quality management so that their professional and personal lives are enriched. My approach is an interactive learning environment with shared ideas and experiences by all, so that learners’ take-aways are meaningful and useful.

I like teaching at NGS because of its unique program that offers immediate, real-world application of learnings regardless of the student’s industry or workplace position.
